I'm running version 3.3.11. When new user's register the person that is Membership Management group gets an email letting them know there is a new registration. I have assigned another user to the same group with the rights of "Organize and assign registrations" but when a new user registers they aren't notified by email of the new registration.
I posted this earlier and then they said they were receiving the emails but now they are saying they aren't being notified of new registrations. I have verified their user permissions and also the box for E-mail alert is checked that All members of all roles with permission Organize and assign registrations receive email in case of new registration.
Can you think of any reason why they aren't getting an email to their personal email address?
