New Registration Notification email

I'm running version 3.3.11. When new user's register the person that is Membership Management group gets an email letting them know there is a new registration. I have assigned another user to the same group with the rights of "Organize and assign registrations" but when a new user registers they aren't notified by email of the new registration.

I gone through but I'm not finding where I can have an email go to them. Does the notification email simply go to the default email address for admidio or where can I have it set to go to their personal email address.

I think I found it. The emails go to the default email address for the Admin. Am I correct or is there a way to have it go to a user's email address?

Never mind, it appears to be working properly now with the notification of new registrations going to the person's email address.
