Little bug in Profile Fields

I found what appears to be a little bug in Profile Fields for Registration.

There area Up/Down Arrows to move a field up or down. No matter how many times I move Postal code down so it is below / after City it stays right below Street.

Please unzip the file below and replace it in adm_program/system/classes
