Hello ADMIDIO
In Your demo and playground, You have an event:
Playground : 01.04.2017 Computer course .
Demo : 31.03.2017 EDV-Kurs
This event is not marked for deletion ??????
I have looked in the event, and it seems that it has no calendar-type attached - and when You try to update on the event, it gives an error for that.
Is it possible to mark an event not-delete-able and how to do that, or is it only because the event has no calendar-type, and how to do that ?
Kind regards
Schwartz
Non-deleteable events
Re: Non-deleteable events
Hi Schwartz,
we have several organizations and this is an Event of another organization that should be shown to all organization.
But you can only delete it in the organization the Event belongs.

Re: Non-deleteable events
Hello Fasse
I have just tried some testing with these organisations.
I guess it could be used for; if You had a big sportsclub. There You maybe have a football org. and a handball org. and maybe a basketball. Each type with several teams ( a-team, senior 1, senior 2, junior 1 each team as roles).
I see the point in this.
I tested the demo. I logged in to the test-demo and made the event available for participation.
I then logged in to the demo-demo as member (Jennifer ).
I then participated the event. logged out.
Logged in the test-demo as admin, and participated the event.
I could now see 2 participants on the event. Admin and Jennifer.
I looked in "users" and there Jennifer was not existing. ( there is not so many users in test-demo )
I then on the event clicked participation-list.
I clicked on Jennifer.
I could see Jennifer, and I clicked on "edit". I could now see the information for Jennifer and I could probably edit the information.
Question : Could it not bring trouble, if You are allowed to participate to an event that belongs to an organisation, in which You are not a user ???
And could it not bring trouble if You in one organisation, edit a user that is in another organisation ???
If it is okay, and will not bring trouble, I will suggest that You on an event had an option : Allow members from other organisations to participate.
