Could we have a change to the Birthday list please. Currently all birthdays are given as "XXXXX has his birthday today", even for women. Please change it a universal "their"

I would prefer "their" because with the apostrophe there could also be different writings like Thomas' or Colin's .

Yes, agree "their" would be the preference.
