Hello anis,

modules are general functions inside Admidio, so they are in the core of Admidio.
if you want this, you need to discuss the new module and it's functions with the development team (the module must be updated for every release)

but everyone can make a own "plugin"

and you can also check some existing plugins (all codes are availabel on github)
